I am a writer and magazine editor living in Denver, Colorado with my husband, our daughter, a neurotic dog and an aloof cat.

For my “real” job, I am the food editor for Yellow Scene Magazine, the largest publication in Boulder County, where I write food reviews and two food columns as well as feature articles and blogs.  You can also check out my food blog, Formation of a Foodie, and my blogs about babies and motherhood for Colorado Babies.

In my “spare” time, I work on my young adult fantasy novel and volunteer with the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the SCBWI as the editor of their monthly newsletter, Kite Tales.
